摘 要：随着工程设计与国际交流的日益密切，工程技术人员在进行建筑结构设计难免会接触到国外的工程设计规范，掌握中外工程设计规范的异同有利于占据有利竞争位置。本文从楼面、屋面或荷载、雪荷载及风荷载三方面分析了中一美两国建筑结构荷载规范的异同，尝试借鉴美国建筑结构荷载规范设计的优点来完善中国荷载规范，以期为中国建筑结构荷载规范的优化及国际化提供理论参考。71350

Abstract :with the engineering design and international exchanges have become increasingly close, engineering and technical personnel in the design of building structures will inevitably come into contact with foreign engineering design specifications, design specifications and Engineering Master differences to occupy a favorable competitive position. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the United States Code for the design of building structures from the floor, roof or load, snow load and wind load in three aspects, try to learn from the American construction structure design specification to improve the China load code, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the optimization and the international standard of building structure load China.

改革开放近40年来，中国国民经济水平迅速提升，建筑领域的投资模式与建设规模也发生了翻天覆地的转变，尤其是房地产市场的繁荣与发展，使得中国的大部分住宅建筑也日趋朝向商品化模式发展，越来越多的公共建筑由政府投资建设转向由企业或开发商投资建设[1] 。尤其近年来中国土地价格一路上涨，总投资中的土建成本所占比例也不断减小，加上工程质量及自然灾害等因素带来的工程质量问题日益凸显，政府部门也不得不发挥其“调控”作用，着手于工程建筑标准水准的提升工作。此外，国家提倡的“一带一路”也为中国的建设工程标准与与国际标准接轨提出了新的要求，普通百姓和工程权威专家关于建筑工程质量及可靠性提升的呼声也日益高涨，可见中国建筑结构荷载规范的优化及水准的提升面临良好的外部环境和时机。作为建筑结构设计的基础，荷载的取值在保障荷载对结构安全和建筑结构的正确选型上发挥着不容小觑的作用。文献综述 中美两国建筑结构荷载规范的对比:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_80994.html
