摘要: 本次毕业设计的课题为某商务楼空调系统设计,工程地点为上海市,设计对象建筑物共5层,地上四层,地下一层,制冷机房在地下一层,地下室不设计空调。 建筑物总面积3267m2 ,其中此次设计的空调面积为1933.11m2。楼层层高均为3.6m,地上建筑高度 14.4m。建筑物各层均有多个空调房间,其主要类型主要有办公室、会议室、打印室、档案室、茶水间等。使用鸿业暖通负荷计算软件对该建筑物各空调房间进行负荷计算,计算得出夏季室内总冷负荷为158005.97W,夏季室内冷负荷指标为241.52W,冬季总热负荷的值为 57891.07W。该建筑为一商务办公楼建筑,综合考虑整个建筑里面大多都是由不同性质的如办公室等小房间组成,主要考虑了风机盘管加独立新风系统占地小、噪音低和便于控制等优点,所以决定整个四层建筑都选用风机盘管加独立新风系统。还要对整个空调系统的保温、消声减震等方面进行简单的设计。另外,根据自己完成的计算部分合理地选择空调机组、新风机组、风机盘管、风口等空调设备。68718

Air Conditioning System Design of a Commercial Building 

Abstract: The subject of this graduation project is the air conditioning system design of a commercial building . The building is located in Shanghai. The design objects include 5 floors, four floors on the ground, one floor on the ground floor, the refrigerating room on the ground floor, and the basement without air conditioning. The total area of the building is 3267m2, wherein the air conditioning area of the design is 1933.11m2. The floor height is 3.6m, and the building height is 14.4m. There are many air-conditioned rooms on each floor of the building. The main types are mainly offices, conference rooms, printing rooms, record room, tea room, etc.. The use of Hongye HVAC load calculation software for load calculation of the air conditioning room of the building, calculate the total summer indoor cooling load is 158005.97W, the summer indoor cooling load index is 241.52W, total heat load in winter was 57891.07W. The building is a commercial office building, considering the whole building inside is mostly composed of different properties such as small office room, the main consideration of the fan coil unit plus fresh air system the advantages of small occupied area, low noise and easy to control, so I decided the four layer building with independent fresh air fan coil system. Also to the whole air conditioning system insulation, noise reduction, shock absorption and other aspects of simple design. In addition, according to the calculation of their own part of the calculation, reasonable choice of air conditioning units, new air units, fan coil units, air conditioning equipment and so on.
