摘要：建筑业作为促进国民经济发展的三大支柱型产业之一，其发展程度、发展质量与发展方式的好坏，直接关系到国家经济发展和人民生活。而我国由于长期受计划经济影响，大部分的建设项目都是在成本超支、工期延长的情况下完成的。因此，如何在目标成本内，或以最低成本，在规定的时间里完成能够满足要求的项目建设，是当前工程建设活动中需要关注的重要问题。本论文介绍了建设工程项目成本控制理论，剖析了成本控制的关键环节，结合鑫鑫公寓建设项目的特点，探索了影响项目施工各阶段成本的因素，研究了施工各阶段成本控制的技术和方法，提出了通过成本的优化控制，实现施工成本节约的想法。关键词： 成本控制；全过程；优化；价值工程8832

Project Construction Cost Control
Abstract：The construction industry as one of the three pillar industries to promote national economic development, the extent, quality and way of its development are directly related to the country's economic development and people's lives. And China is affected by long-term planned economic, most of the construction projects are completed under cost overruns and extension of time. Therefore, how to complete the project construction in the stipulated time and meet the requirements in the target cost, or with the lowest cost is the important issue need to focus on of the current construction activities. This paper has introduced construction project cost control theory, analyzing the key link to control costs, combined with the characteristics of XinXin apartment project construction, exploring the factors of impacting the project construction cost of various stages, researching the techniques and methods of the construction cost control of various stages, implementing ideas of saving construction cost.
