摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展，工程造价管理改革的完善，在2001年1月1日实施《中华人民共和国招标投标法》后，打破了我国建设工程承发包无标可依的局面。招投标中商务标的编制是承包单位根据企业自身的实力，通过编制各种合理的施工计划及方案等计算出来的预算成本。54153
本文是根据南京博远机电科技有限公司1#办公楼的设计图纸，从企业自身水平出发，结合工程的实际情况，以工程量清单计价的形式表现的投标报价，本报价以土建部分为主。本次商务标的编制过程中主要参考了《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表(2003)》、《建设工程工程量清单计价规范（2013）》等资料。

Abstract: Along with the development of the socialist market economy, the improvement of the project cost management reform, on January 1, 2001 after the implementation of the bidding law of the People's Republic of China, broke the construction engineering contracting in our country there is no standard in accordance with the situation. The business targets in the process of compiling mainly refer to the "jiangsu province construction and decoration project valuation table (2003)", "construction project quantities list valuation specification (2013) etc.

1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题原因说明
本人对造价这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在造价岗位实习，在实习过程中能接触到类似的工作，所以选择编制商务标作为毕业设计。
1.2 设计项目概况
本次毕业设计是完成南京博远机电科技有限公司1#办公楼商务标编制，建设地点为南京市高淳县，此工程使用年限为50年，主要使用功能办公，共三层，建筑高度10.5米，建筑面积2021.60平方米，结构类型为框架结构，建筑耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，屋面防水等级为二级。整个工程包括土石方工程、砌筑工程、混凝土工程、屋面防水工程等内容。 南京博远公司1#办公楼商务标编制+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_58353.html
