要:设计题目位于山东省济宁市,结构类型为剪力墙结构,抗震设防烈度为6度,地震加速度为0.05g,场地类别为II类,设计地震分组为第一组,地下一层地上17层。
剪力墙是钢筋混凝土高层建筑中重要的基本构件,与竖向承力的框架柱相比,具有竖向高度大,平面长而厚度相对小等特点,属于混凝土构件中的“薄壁”构件。剪力墙在承载力和平面内刚度方面都具有突出的优点,但同时由于长度较长而厚度较薄,需要考虑其剪切变形并避免平面外受力等不利状况。
最初3周进行了轴网布置,计算荷载,设计梁的尺寸并进行组装。后面13周进行计算书的编写,基础设计和施工图绘制。结构施工图包括:桩位布置图,墙、柱布置图,梁、板配筋图,楼梯详图和筏板配筋图。利用PKPM结构电算软件进行整体建模调整及抗震设计,并对所得计算结果进行数据分析后不断调整初设模型,待达到相关规范要求的各项控制指标后,依据PKPM软件最终导出计算结果,综合考虑经济和施工工艺等因素进行各结构构件配筋设计。7509
整体的设计达到如下结论:
1 结构设计方案技术上可行且经济合理。
2 PKPM计算模型与建筑施工图一致且符合现行规范要求,保证构件设计到位、荷载收集准确、总信息设置符合现行规范、计算结果贴近规范规定值。
3 制图符合国家标准,梁柱墙平法标注符合国家标准图集要求,图面美观、表达清晰到位、构造设计符合现行规范要求。
