摘要本设计为银行办公楼的设计,建筑总长50.4米,总宽17.4米,建筑主体高度30.3米,,总建筑面积约为7062 左右。

该设计按照给定条件和相应建筑规范确定建筑选型,该建筑为标准内廊式,并进行结构设计,确定结构方案选择,计算恒载、活载及框架内力,同时根据内力组合设计梁柱的配筋。此外,还进行了楼梯、双向板和基础的选择和计算。结构必须能够承受所有荷载而不至于部分破坏和倒塌,计算的内力进行了相应的调幅,使得梁柱的各控制截面弯矩分布更加均衡,更加接近于实际,从而使得框架结构设计更安全和合理。51242
