以办公、商业相结合的综合大厦是许多城市的常见建筑,是一类典型的公共建筑,随着经济不断发展,其数量和建筑总面积增长迅速。该类建筑暖通空调系统具有很好的代表性。空调系统在营造舒适环境的同时, 也在消耗大量的能源。据美国对公共建筑和居住建筑能耗的统计,有1/4的建筑能耗用于空调而在我国一般中央空调系统能耗更是约占了整个建筑总能耗的50%左右。作为公共建筑中的能耗大户, 暖通空调系统的节能有很大潜力, 对实现节能减排有着重要而深远的意义。暖通空调系统中有很多提高能效的措施,冰蓄冷技术节省运行费用潜力巨大,尤其是双工况冷冻机组技术在我国发展迅速,不论从社会效益和经济效益都取得了显著的成果。6305
所选毕业设计题目为3M合肥一期工程空调冷热源系统设计,如上所述用于暖通空调的能耗占建筑总能耗的一半以上,该部分的能耗大半用于冷热源系统,所以控制冷热源系统的能耗是减低建筑能耗的重要方面。离心式电制冷冷水机组是目前最适用于大中型建筑物的舒适性空调制冷的制冷设备。离心式冷水机组是将离心式压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器及节流机构等设备组成一个整体,这样可以使设备紧凑,节省占地面积。由于离心式压缩机的机构及工作特性,它的输气量一般希望不小于3500m3/h,因此决定了离心式冷水机组适用于3M合肥一期工程需要较大制冷量的场所。燃气热水锅炉热源使用天然气,上海是城市燃气供应地区。热水机组通过热水循环泵循环暖气管道的热水,通过散热器(暖气片)可以达到人们采暖的要求。
