摘 要：本篇毕业设计是根据水碧桥村村委办公楼图纸要求而编制的商务标。我国在建设工程领域实行建设工程项目招投标制。本商务标从企业自身水平出发，结合实际工程情况，并参考甲方提供的工程量清单及地质勘探报告，提供以工程量清单计价形式表现的投标报价。设计包括商务标中关于土建部分和钢筋部分的分部分项工程量清单与计价表，其分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表，工程量按照《2013年工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则进行计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用广联达计价软件。91384
