建筑垃圾资源化的问题与对策研究

摘要随着我国社会和经济的不断发展，人们对居住环境，公共设施，教育文化方面的要求也在不断提高，这很大程度上促进了建设行业的繁荣。只有通过不断的建设和不断的改建才能满足人民的生活需要，达到社会的发展要求。但是，值得我们注意的是，近些年，由于建设活动而带来的建筑垃圾在与日俱增，数量惊人，有数据表明，建筑垃圾占到了城市固体垃圾总量的 35%左右。目前我国建筑垃圾的处理方式主要有填埋，露天堆放等，这些简陋的处理手段有着诸多的弊端。首先，建筑垃圾的数量非常大，会占据大量的土地，其次，还会污染水源，空气，影响美观，而且城市在不断扩大，用地会紧张，而建筑垃圾二次处理费用会非常的昂贵。可想而知，建筑垃圾已经严重阻碍了社会的发展，如何正确的处理建筑垃圾是当下的热点问题。84965

本文首先阐述了建筑垃圾的定义和种类，引起对资源化问题的思考，通过查阅资料了解国内外建筑垃圾资源化的现状和成果。继而从政府，企业，建设利益相关人等角度出发，分析我国建筑垃圾资源化严重滞后的原因。通过问卷调查实地调研镇江建筑垃圾资源化存在的问题进行深入研究，并提出解决方案与建议。由于建筑垃圾资源化产业尚处于初级阶段，需要以政府为首的各相关方的支持才能继续不断发展。

This paper first expounds the definition and types of construction waste, causing the thinking of the problem of resources, through access to information to understand the status and achievements of domestic and foreign construction waste resources。 Then, from the perspective of government, enterprises and stakeholders, the reasons for the serious lag of construction waste resources in our country are analyzed。 Through the questionnaire investigation, the problems of the construction waste resources in Zhenjiang are studied deeply, and the solutions and suggestions are put forward。 Because construction waste recycling industry is still in the primary stage, the need to government led by the support of the relevant parties to continue to develop。
