摘 要：政治民主化想要高度发展,必然需要公众的参与,而公众参与地方公共决策更具有其现实价值。随着越来越多的公众想要参与到公共决策中,地方政府想要提升本身公信力,满足社会公众需求,必须注重倾听公民的呼声,而公众参与正是实现这一诉求的必经路程。但是由于公众参与在我国发展较为不足所以无论在理论还是实际方面都有所欠缺。本文试图去解决如何把控公众参与途径,使得政府和公众之间能建立一种良好的合作关系,从而形成相对成熟的公众参与方式与途径。所以分析我国公众参与地方公共决策的路径现状,探索产生这种现象的原因,并提出解决的方案,这对于指导具体实践都具有其参考价值。90514
