社会支持视角下的失地农民利益维护机制探究摘   要

我国自改革开放以来城镇化进程不断加快，随着城镇化脚步的迈进，城市建设用地等也随之而增加，用地增加必然会导致土地征收，土地征收又会使大量的农民成为失地农民，这是我国不断走向繁荣富强，必然会经过的一个阶段。由于大量城市、城镇周边农用土地被征收，越来越多的农民逐渐失去原有赖以生存的土地，他们已经或即将成为失地农民，成为“种田无地、就业无岗、社保无份”的“三无”人群，成为游离于城乡社会之间的新型弱势群体。所以不能只求经济发展而忽视农民问题，失地农民问题便成为我们亟待解决的问题，其中又以失地农民的经济利益最为迫切。本文针对杭州市富阳区进行了实地调查，以此次调查研究为依据，来分析关于失地农民经济利益方面的问题，包括征地补偿、就业安置、社会保障等方面。本文将从这三个方面对其利益受损现状、原因并结合调查数据进行研究分析，并从社会支持视角下提出了相关利益维护机制的建立及相应的解决措施。90268
