摘要随着第三次工业的兴起以及计算机网络的快速发展，网络已经涉及到我们生活的方方面面，小到吃饭、买衣服，大到出门旅游、外贸交易，很大程度上改变了我们的生产生活方式。但是在网络给我们带来便捷的同时，危险也相伴而生。其中尤为严重的问题之一就是网络隐私被侵害的问题。例如未经当事人允许，个人信息被泄露；随意进行人肉搜索；网络造谣等等。这些行为都极大的侵害了当事人的隐私权、人格权、财产权，更甚者侵害了当事人的生命安全。因此，在此大环境下，如何规制网络侵权行为，追究侵权者的责任，打击犯罪，维护公民的网络隐私权就显得极为重要。88651

本文以网络隐私权侵权责任研究为题进行研究，一共分为五个部分。第一部分为导言，详细说明论文背景，特别是论题涉及的问题现状和研究意义。第二部分是阐述侵犯隐私权的法律责任；分为传统侵权行为法的规定和侵权责任法的规定。第三部分分析了侵权行为主体的侵权行为表现的法律责任，从各个不同的主体分析他们不同的法律责任。第四部分为网络隐私侵权法律责任的分类及承担方式。第五部分为结语。

Abstract With the rise of the third industrial revolution and the rapid development of computer network, the network has been involved in all aspects of our lives。 The small things to eat, buy clothes, big things out travel, foreign trade transactions, to a large extent changed our production and lifestyle。 But at the same time in the network to bring us convenient, accompanied by risk。 One of the most serious problems is the problem of network privacy being infringed。 For example, without the permission of the parties, personal information is leaked; human flesh search; network rumors and so on。 These behaviors are greatly violate the privacy and the right of personality rights and property rights of the parties。 Even worse against the life safety of the parties。 Therefore, in this environment, how to regulate network infringement, to investigate the responsibility of the infringer, to combat the crime, to protect the citizen's network privacy is extremely important。

This article chooses “Research on Tort Liability of Network Privacy” to research。 This article is pided into five parts。 The first part is the introduction, detailed description of the paper background。 Especially the subject involved problem status and research significance。 The second part is elaborated the legal liability for infringement of privacy。 Divided into the provisions of the traditional tort law and tort Liability Act。 The third part analyzes the infringement behavior of the infringement behavior main body's legal responsibility, from their different subjects to analyze their different legal responsibilities。 The fourth part is Network privacy tort law responsibility and the classification of the way。 The fifth part is conclusion。
