摘要：《反不正当竞争法》是规制市场经济的基本法律之一，本文通过对于我国《反不正 当竞争法》的分析，在论述对我国消费者权益保护的必要性基础上，详细论证《反不正当 竞争法》对消费者权益保护的规定，并且通过与德国《反不正当竞争法》的横向比较，从 中得出对我国立法的启示，最终对竞争法视域中的消费者权益保护提出相应的完善对策。 85780

一、引言
