铌酸钾与铌酸钠的固相烧结反应与性能研究

通过水热合成法,将Nb2O5分别与NaOH和KOH按照一定配比,分别在160℃保温3h合成铌酸钠,240℃保温24h合成铌酸钾粉体。通过CuSO4溶液与NaOH溶液反应生成的Cu(OH)2

摘要本文通过水热合成法,将 Nb2O5 分别与 NaOH 和 KOH 按照一定配比,分别 在 160℃保温 3h 合成铌酸钠,240℃保温 24h 合成铌酸钾粉体。通过 CuSO4 溶液 与 NaOH 溶液反应生成的 Cu(OH)2,加入到铌酸钾与铌酸钠的混合粉体中,在高 温下 Cu(OH)2 分解为 CuO。通过控制 Cu(OH)2 的量,将掺杂 CuO 的质量比控制 为(0,2‰,4‰,8‰,16‰)。将加入 PVA 粘结剂的粉体充分研磨,在 120MPa 的压力下,压成直径 1cm 的圆薄片。然后,经过 1000 摄氏度的高温保温 10h, 制成所需的样品。最后通过 XRD 来进行衍射分析,SEM 来分析表面形貌,利用 游标卡尺以及天平来测量样品的密度以及分析致密度,用铁电位仪来综合分析样 品的介电性能。80934

通过研究发现,水热法分别合成的反应产物分别是铌酸钠单相与铌酸钾单相。 经过烧结后,变成了铌酸钾钠单相,并掺杂少量五氧化二铌相,说明铌酸钠与铌 酸钾在 1000 摄氏度高温下充分反应,得到固溶体单相(Na,K)NbO3。加入的 Cu(OH)2 变成的 CuO 烧结助剂,并没有对最后的固溶体主体相产生很大的影响, 只是在烧结时,对粉末的烧结起到了作用。随着 CuO 量的增加,样品的致密性 在逐渐上升,晶粒的晶界越发清晰。氧化铜含量为 0 以及 4‰的样品,由于测得 的电阻较低,无法进行介电性能测试。其余几个样,8‰的样品表现为少许的漏 电现象,而 2‰和 16‰的样品的介电性能完好。

Abstract NaNbO3 and KNbO3 ceramic powders were synthesized with a certain ratio by hydrothermal method from Nb2O5,KOH and NaOH。 While synthetic sodium niobate insulation  3h  at  160  ℃,  240  ℃ incubated  24h  synthetic  KNbO3 powder。CuSO4

solution generated by the solution reaction with NaOH can get Cu (OH)2, Which was added to the mixed powder , because Cu (OH)2 decompose into CuO at the high temperature。 By controlling the amount of Cu (OH)2, the amount of the doping CuO can control to (0,2‰, 4‰, 8‰, 16‰)。 The powder was added PVA binder thoroughly ground, under the pressure of 120MPa, pressed into a thin circle of 1cm in diameter。 Then, after 1000 degrees Celsius temperature insulation 10h, into the desired sample。 Finally, for diffraction analysis by XRD, SEM to analyze the surface topography using Archimedes method and scale to measure the density of the sample and the analysis of density, iron potential instrument to a comprehensive analysis of the dielectric properties of the sample。

Through the study , the reaction product of hydrothermal synthesis are NaNbO3 single-phase and KNbO3 single-phase, and a little doped Nb2O5 phase。 After sintering, into NaKNO3 single-phase,NaNbO3 and KNbO3 described at 1000 degrees temperature sufficient to get a single phase ---solid solution (Na, K) NbO3。 Then adding Cu (OH)2 into the CuO additives, and CuO have no huge impact on the final solution of the main body, but at the time of sintering, the powder sintering played a role。 With the increase of the amount of CuO, dense sample is gradually rising, more and more clear grain boundaries。 Copper oxide content of 0 to 4 ‰ of the sample and, due to the low measured resistance, dielectric properties can not be tested。 Rest a few kind, 8 ‰ samples showed little leakage, and dielectric 2‰ and 16 ‰ sample integrity performance。
