模拟转底炉试验电炉的设计

设计一套模拟转底炉直接还原炼铁技术工艺条件的实验炉,力争实验炉的温度条件、压力条件、气氛条件与生产中所用工艺的技术条件具有良好的模拟性,结合生产中转底炉的工艺状况

摘要用转底炉回收金属废弃物在技术上是成熟的,经济上是合理的, 将高炉、转炉瓦斯灰, 轧钢氧化铁皮等通过转底炉生产出直接还原铁供炼钢用, 较之作为烧结掺合料经烧结、炼铁等工序再送往炼钢, 金属回收率高, 生产流程短, 能源利用效率高, 对环境影响小。
转底炉工艺的发展前景十分的可观,因为该工艺的资源再利用等优越性和潜力正逐步受到国际钢铁界的关注,不过该工艺得热效率低是有待解决的一个难题,并且随着节能减排任务的加重,如何降低能耗,提高转底炉的能量利用效率显得十分重要,同时提高转底炉的能量利用率更可以使该工艺在我国得到更广泛的发展。
本次设计的内容是设计一套模拟转底炉直接还原炼铁技术工艺条件的实验炉,力争实验炉的温度条件、压力条件、气氛条件与生产中所用工艺的技术条件具有良好的模拟性,结合生产中转底炉的工艺状况,确定合理的边界条件,在实验炉中预设相关风嘴实现良好的模拟与改进条件装置,来研究转底炉直接还原炼铁的热效率问题。9696

Rotary hearth furnace with metal waste recycling is technically mature and economically reasonable, the blast furnace, converter gas ash, steel rolling mill scale and so on through rotary hearth furnace for the production of direct reduced iron for steelmaking, compared with as sintering admixture by sintering, iron making processes and then sent to steel, metal recovery, the production process is short, high energy efficiency, low environmental impact.
Rotary hearth furnace technology development prospects are very considerable, since the process of resource recycling and other advantages and potential of the iron and steel sector is gradually being international concern, but have low thermal efficiency of the process is a problem to be solved, and with energy saving row heavier tasks, how to reduce energy consumption and improve the rotary hearth furnace energy efficiency is very important, while improving the energy efficiency of the rotary hearth furnace can make the process even more widely in the development of our country.
The design of the content is to design a simulation of rotary hearth furnace direct reduction ironmaking technology laboratory furnace process conditions, and strive laboratory furnace conditions of temperature, pressure conditions, atmospheric conditions used in the production process and the technical conditions of a good simulation of, combined with transit hearth furnace production process conditions, determine a reasonable boundary conditions in the experiment furnace tuyere default correlation and improvement to achieve good conditions simulated devices to study direct ironmaking rotary hearth furnace thermal efficiency.
