石墨片/PEDOT复合热电材料的制备及其性能的研究

摘要:目前,资源枯竭和环境污染已成为影响社会进步的两大重要问题。热电材料是一种可通过自身载流子的输运实现电与热之间转换的环境友好材料,其已成为科学家研究的热点。本论文通过原位聚合法在不同氧化剂与单体比例条件下(4:1、2:1、1:1)分别合成了PEDOT纳米颗粒和不同石墨片含量(0-40wt%)的石墨片/PEDOT纳米复合热电材料。研究了石墨片含量对石墨片/PEDOT纳米复合材料组成和微观结构的影响,以及氧化剂与单体的比例、石墨片含量对石墨片/PEDOT纳米复合材料电导率和Seebeck系数的影响。同时研究了温度对复合材料电导率和Seebeck系数的影响。实验结果显示,当氧化剂与单体的比例为1:1时所合成的石墨片含量为40wt%的复合材料具有最高的功率因子。72946

Preparation and Thermoelectric Properties of Graphite Sheet/poly(3,4-ethyenedioxythiophene) Nanocomposites

Abstract: At present, resource depletion and environmental pollution have become two major problems that affecting the social progress。 Thermoelectric (TE) material can convert electrical energy into thermal energy and vice verse by transporting carriers, which is one kind of environmentally friendly materials。 Therefore, more and more research scientists have focused on the TE materials。 In this work, PEDOT nanoparticles were prepared by an in-situ polymerization method with different ratio of oxidant to monomer (4:1, 2:1, 1:1)。 After that, graphite sheet/PEDOT nanocomposites were also prepared by an in-situ polymerization method with different ratio of oxidant to monomer (4:1, 2:1, 1:1) and graphite sheet loadings (0-40wt%)。 The effect of graphite sheet loadings on the compositions and microstructures of the graphite sheet/PEDOT nanocomposites were investigated。 The effect of different ratios of oxidant to monomer and graphite sheet loadings on the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the graphite sheet/PEDOT nanocomposites were also investigated。 The influence of temperature on the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the graphite sheet/PEDOT nanocomposites were also discussed。 The result shows that the graphite sheet/PEDOT nanocomposites has the highest power factor when the ratio of oxidant to monomer is 1:1 and the loading of graphite sheet is 40wt%。
