镍对钛基非晶合金腐蚀行为的影响

摘要近年来,非晶合金的研究取得了重大进展,经过近三十年的努力,人们开发出了大量的非晶态合金系统。因此,无论在理论上还是实际中深入研究非晶合金的抗腐蚀性能都具有相当重要的意义。本文利用真空电弧炉、单铜辊喷注甩带设备、电化学分析测试仪、Bruker D8 X射线衍射仪等设备手段,制备 Ti60Cu40-x Nix(x=1,5,10)非晶合金,并研究了其在不同腐蚀溶液中的腐蚀行为。 分别利用动态极化曲线法、电化学阻抗技术(EIS)研究了 Ti60Cu40-x Nix(x=1,5,10)非晶合金在0.144mol/L的NaCI溶液、 0.1mol/L 的H2SO4以及0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液中的腐蚀行为。  极化曲线结果显示,在 0.144mol/L 的 NaCl 溶液中,非晶合金 Ti60Cu40-x Nix(x=1,5,10)自发钝化,具有较低的钝化电流密度,在 10-5~10-6A/cm2,钝化区间在450mV~700mV之间,同时 Ni 含量的增加可以有效增加点蚀电位;在 0.1mol/L 的H2SO4和 0.5mol/L 的NaOH溶液中, Ti60Cu40-x Nix (x=1,5,10) 非晶合金成分对腐蚀行为影响不大,三种样品均具有较宽的钝化区间。   28466

Title     The    effect    of    Ni-addition   on   the    corrosion    behavior  of    Ti-based    metallic    glasses
Abstract      Recently,the research on the amorphous alloys have attracted much interesting due to their excellent properties.It  is quite important to further study the corrosion behavior of  the amorphous alloys in theory and application.Ti60Cu40-x Nix(x=1,5,10)amorphous alloys were prepared by arc-melting method and melt spinning. The microstructure of prepared amorphous alloys was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The corrosion behaviors of Ti60Cu40-x Nix(x=1,5,10)  amorphous alloys in  0.144 mol/L NaCl solution,  0.1 mol/L H2SO4  solution  and 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution were  studied by the potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS).      As the potentiodynamic polarization curves shows,  in  0.144 mol/L NaCl solution,  the amorphous alloy Ti60Cu40-x Nix (x=1,5,10) exhibits spontaneous passivation, with a lower passive current density, from 10-5 A / cm2  to  10 -6A / cm2,  and the passive potential region  between 450mV and 700mV. Meanwhile the increasing of Ni content can effectively increase the pitting potential.  In 0.1 mol/L H2SO4  and 0.5 mol/L NaOH solutions, the alloy composition of the Ti-Cu-Ni amorphous alloy has little effect on the corrosion behavior. Furthermore, all the three samples exhibit a wide passive potential region during the anodic polarization process.
