630不锈钢连铸结晶器保护渣物理性能研究

摘要不锈钢因其良好的抗腐蚀性能、高强度,广泛应用于海上作业和机械部件等领 域,是极其重要的结构材料。尽管我国的不锈钢总产量占据世界第一,但是不锈钢 结晶器保护渣仍需要进口,其基础研究需要完善。为了提高 630 不锈钢连铸坯的质 量,本文研究了 630 不锈钢 OCr17Ni4Cu4Nb 连铸结晶器保护渣中不同组分和碱度 对其熔化温度及熔化速度的影响,得出保护渣组分对其熔化性能的影响规律,为 630 不锈钢连铸结晶器专用保护渣的研发提供理论依据,并以此促进连铸技术发展、保 证连铸工艺顺行及铸坯质量。 84432

本文研究了 CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-CaF2 渣系熔化温度和熔化速度的性质,利用 RDS-05 全自动炉渣熔点熔速测定仪测量了保护渣的熔化温度和熔化速度,采用正 交试验方法进行研究分析,结果如下: 

(1)组分对保护渣熔化温度的影响大小顺序如下:Na2O>B2O3>R>Al2O3> MgO>CaF2 。

(2)少量 MgO 可以改善 630 不锈钢连铸结晶器保护渣的流动性,但当 MgO 含 量超过 3%时,渣样的熔点有所上升;随着 Na2O 在连铸保护渣中含量的增加,保护 渣的熔点显著降低;当连铸保护渣中 CaF2 含量的不断增加时,其熔点先下降后上 升,并在含量为 3%时达到最低值;适量的 Al2O3 可以降低连铸保护渣的熔点,当 Al2O3 含量为 4%时,渣样熔点达到最低值,继续增加 Al2O3 含量,渣样熔点有所上 升;随着 B2O3 含量不断增加,连铸保护渣渣样的熔点不断降低。 

(3)低碱度时,随着保护渣渣样的碱度增大,渣样的熔点渐渐降低,直至达到最 低点;随着渣样的碱度继续增大时,渣样的熔点开始增大,并且上升速率逐渐增大。 

(4)随着炭黑加入量的不断增加,630 不锈钢连铸结晶器保护渣实验渣样的熔化 速度逐渐减小。 

(5)本文确定了 630 不锈钢连铸结晶器保护渣渣样的最优配比:Al2O3:4%; 碱度(CaO/SiO2):1。1;B2O3:5%;Na2O:12%;CaF2:3%;MgO:6%;Cr2O3:4%; Tm:1110℃。

Abstract Because of its good corrosion resistance and high strength, the stainless steel is widely used in the field of offshore operations and mechanical components,and it is a very important structural material。 Although the total production of stainless steel in our country occupies the first in the world, but some special protective slag still needs to be purchased from abroad, and some basic research of the stainless steel mould flux needs to be further improved。 In order to improve the quality of 630 stainless steel continuous casting billet。This article studied the effects of 630 stainless steel OCr17Ni4Cu4Nb continuous casting crystallizer protection slag in different components and alkalinity on the melting temperature and melting speed, that protection slag group influence on the melting properties, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of 630 stainless steel continuous casting mold special protective slag, and promotes the development of continuous casting technology, guarantees the continuous casting process and the quality of casting slag。

The properties of melting temperature and melting rate of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-CaF2 slag system were studied in this paper。 The melting temperature and the melting rate of the protective slag were measured by the RDS-05 full automatic slag melting rate measuring instrument。 Orthogonal test method was used to study the influence of B2O3, MgO, Na2O, Al2O3,R and [F-] contents on the physical and chemical properties of 630 stainless steel slag, and the main results were as follows:
