摘要:本论文采用传统固相法陶瓷制备工艺获得贫钛型钛酸锶钡基介电陶瓷,利用XRD和LCR测试系统研究不同δ取值,不同ZnO掺杂量,烧结温度,保温时间对介电陶瓷的介电性能及微观结构的影响。由实验结果可知:不同非化学计量比δ对(Ba0.75Sr0.25)Ti1-δO3体系陶瓷介电性能有一定影响,随着δ的增大可以增大介电常数,降低介电损耗。在(Ba0.75Sr0.25)Ti0.996O3体系陶瓷中掺入氧化物ZnO的实验发现:ZnO掺杂量对(Ba0.75Sr0.25)Ti0.996O3陶瓷的介电性能有较大影响,在一定程度上增加掺杂量可以使室温介电常数提高,介电损耗降低,提升介电性能。另外不同烧结温度,不同烧结保温时间对陶瓷性能的影响也十分显著。XRD分析显示,在我们所选取的掺杂范围内,贫钛型BST基陶瓷仍为钙钛矿结构,但伴有第二相产生。

Abstract:In this paper, the titanium deficient barium strontium titanate-based dielectric ceramics were prepared by the traditional ceramic preparation process. The XRD and LCR test systems were used to study the different δ values, effect of sintering temperature and holding time on dielectric properties and microstructure of dielectric ceramics. It is known from the experimental results that the main crystal has a certain influence on the dielectric properties of the ceramic of T (Ba0.75Sr0.25) Ti1-δO3, and the dielectric constant can be increased and the dielectric loss can be increased with the increase of δ. (Ba0.75Sr0.25) Ti0.996O3 system ceramics doped with ZnO showed that the ZnO doping content had a great influence on the dielectric properties of (Ba0.75Sr0.25) Ti0.996O3 ceramics. The increase of doping amount can increase the dielectric constant of room temperature, decrease the dielectric loss and enhance the dielectric properties, and the effect of different sintering temperature and different sintering temperature on ceramic properties is also significant. XRD analysis shows that in our In the selected doping range, ZnO does not affect the main crystal phase perovskite structure of BST ceramics, and a certain amount of Zn ions enters into the lattice of BST.
