摘要6061铝合金是一种典型的变形铝合金,广泛应用于塑性成形领域。6061铝合金板料弯曲成形是一个较复杂的且有众多影响因素的弹塑性变形过程,通过塑性力学的解析公式难以精确预测成形过程中的中性面偏移、成形力与回弹量。随着有限元模拟在金属塑性成形领域的应用越来越成熟,正确模拟实际金属板料弯曲成形变成可能。

本课题采用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D与正交实验方法综合分析了6061铝合金板料V形弯曲时,板料的厚度、宽度和凸模圆角半径对弯曲角回弹量、中性面偏移以及成形力的影响规律,并与工艺实验结果相对比。正交模拟实验结果表明,在模拟方案为T2-W15-R6时,弯曲成形力最小;模拟方案为T6-W45-R6时弯曲角回弹量最小;模拟方案为T2-W30-R8时,中性面偏移程度最小。单因素模拟实验结果表明,板料宽度增加15 mm时,弯曲力增加93。4 %,且随着宽度的增大,弯曲力的增加逐渐减慢;宽度增加15 mm时,回弹量减小26。7 %,且随着宽度的增大,弯曲角回弹量减小越缓慢;中性面总是向内偏移的;弯曲成形力大的原因主要是在变形的相同时刻,等效应力差距不大时,等效应变速率的区域大。回弹角和成形力变化规律的模拟结果与工艺实验结果吻合较好,证明了6061铝合金弯曲成形模拟的可行性。87523

Title    Study on V-shaped Bending Process of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Sheet                                       

Abstract 6061 Aluminum alloy is a kind of typical deforming aluminum alloy and is widely used in the field of plastic forming。 The forming of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet metal is a complicated elastic and plastic deformation process and can be affected by many factors。 We can’t predict the migration of the neutral surface 、bending force and springback accurately through the analytical formula of plastic mechanics。 As the application of finite element simulation in the field of metal plastic forming process is becoming more and more mature, it makes its possible to simulate the forming of actual metal sheet accurately。 

In this project, we comprehensively analysis the influence laws between the thickness and  width of the sheet、radius of punch and the springback amount、neutral surface migration、bending force by finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D and orthogonal experiment method and compare it with technological experimental results。 Results of the orthogonal simulation experiments show that the bending force is minimal in the simulation scheme of T2-W15-R6; the springback is minimal in the simulation scheme of T6-W45-R6; the neutral surface offset degree is minimal in the simulation scheme of T2-W30-R8。 Results of the single factor simulation experiments show that when the width of sheet increases 15mm, the bending force will increase 93。4% and with the increase of the width of sheet, the bending force will increases gradually down; when the width of sheet increases 15mm, springback will decrease 26。7% and with the increase of the width of sheet, the spring back will decreases gradually down and the neutral face always migrates inward。 The reasons why the bending force is larger is mainly because that when the deformation is in the same and the effective stress is basic equal, the region of the effective strain rate is larger。 The simulation results of the bending force and springback are in good agreement with experimental results process and verify the feasibility of forming simulation of the 6061 aluminum alloy。
