摘要论文通过沉淀法制备钼酸银,采用了脉冲电沉积方法制备钼酸银镍基复合镀层,同时研究镀液中钼酸银的浓度对复合镀层的力学性能与高温摩擦学性能的影响。经过XRD,EDS,DSC,Raman等技术分析后发现:钼酸银在高温状态下润滑性能良好,当该复合氧化物在500℃左右会分解,影响其润滑性能。33990

Title  Research on silver molybdate’s Influence on high temperature Tribological Performance of Nickel-based Composite Coatings                                     
Abstract
In this paper , the precipitation method was used to prepare the silver molybdate and pulse electrodeposition method was used to prepare the silver molybdate /nickel based composite coatings. Furthermore, the influence of silver molybdate concentration on mechanical properties and high temperature friction performance was discussed. By XRD, EDS,DSC, Raman spectra, it was found that: silver molybdate have good lubricating properties at a high temperature, but the composite oxide will occurs decomposition at about 500℃,thus it affects the lubricating effect.
 The silver molybdate /nickel based composite coatings could be prepared successfully by the pulse electrodeposition process. Moderate silver molybdate indeed play a role. With the increase of silver-containing composite oxide addition, the hardness and lubricity of composite coatings were also improved. When the amount of silver molybdate was superfluous, it was detrimental to the preparation of composite coatings ,the mechanical property and tribological performance.
