摘要随着时代发展，信息技术已经融入大家的生活中大大小小的方面，当然也涉及医疗行业。越来越多的医院都部署了自己的HIS(医院信息系统)，使得更多的人力和物力都能更好更高效的被利用在必要的方面，医院内部的宝贵资料和信息都能够更及时的保留下来，管理系统更加便捷有效。紧随以后推出的智能药房，更是在这其中起到了举足轻重的作用；现在的智能药房在出药控制方面已经有了很完善的系统，而在审核发药环节依然是由人工进行的，人工进行审核处方存在诸多不便，因此本文设计一个MIS信息管理系统解决这个问题，记录了工作量和处方以便查询，并且结合TTS(text-to-speech)进行语音叫号。84296
本文主要作了如下工作：
1)分析系统用户需求，设计各项功能，规划设计流程；
2)设计审核系统，检验运行结果；
3) 将TTS语音叫号功能加入药品审核系统并调整。
