摘要随着科技的不断发展,人们对家居生活品质的追求也越来越高,对家居舒适化、 安全化以及智能化的需求也越来越强烈。目前,随着智能家居概念的提出,家用电器 的发展更趋向于智能化和人性化,其中单片机以及其他嵌入式设备便起到至关重要的 作用。单片机凭借其价格低廉、可靠性高等优点,在家庭、工业以及军事上都广泛的 被使用[1]。

本文主要设计一种基于 MSP430 单片机的红外遥控灯设计。红外遥控灯是一种将 单片机与家用照明设备相结合的新型照明系统,本设计采用 MSP430F149 为主控芯 片,HS3008 一体化红外接收头,极大简化电路设计。HS3008 接收头在接收到红外遥 控器发出 38KHZ 调制信号后,对调制信号进行放大、检波和整形,最终得到与单片 机电压兼容的 TTL 电平编码信号,然后单片机通过处理分离出遥控器的引导码、地 址码以及数据码,根据数据码执行相应的功能。同时,本设计也可以擦写单片机内部 FLASH 中的遥控代码数据,用新的遥控代码替换,从而可以实现对其他遥控器的学 习功能。83935

本设计的红外遥控灯有多种模式,有红、绿、蓝、呼吸灯、白、辅灯、彩色灯和 警告灯等。主要采用三色 LED 混色原理,通过单片机 PWM 输出模块,输出不同占 空比的 PWM 脉冲,从而可以控制 LED 的发光颜色。本设计最大特点是对遥控器可 学习、颜色可编程、亮度可调节、模式多样性和关机可记忆功能,方便用户的友好使 用,符合本次的设计要求。

Abstract With the development of science and technology, people pursuit the quality of life at home severely and the requirement of a comfortable, safe and intelligent life becomes stronger。 Now, with the concept of intelligent home, the development of household appliances tend to intelligence and humanization, the MCU and other embedded devices play a crucial role at present。 The MCU is used widely for its low price and high reliability in the family, industry and military。

The content of this paper is the design of infrared remote control lamp based on the device of MSP430 MCU。 The infrared remote control lamp is a new lighting system equiped with MCU and household lighting equipment。 This design uses the host control chip MSP430F149 MCU and integrated infrared device HS3008 which can simplify the design of circuit。 HS3008 receives the modulation signal at 38KHZ which was sended by the remote control。 The modulation signal will be amplificated, detected and shaped by HS3008, then the MCU will get compatible voltage TTL level with itself and separate out the boot code, address code and data code。 Finally it executives different functions accronding to different data code。 At the same time, the control codes can be erased and replace with new control codes which is stored in the MCU internal FLASH。 Therefore,it can realize the learning mode。

The design of the infrared remote control lamp has many kinds of modes, for example red, green, blue, breathing lamp, white, auxiliary lamp, color lamp, warning lamp and so on。 The MCU can output different duty cycle PWM signals by its PWM output module, so it can change the color of LED which is based on trichromatic mixing theories。 The design has five features。It can learn the code of remote control。 The color is programming。 The brightness can be adjusted。 It has many kinds of modes and the mode can be remembered after shutdown。 This design is friendly to use conviently and meets the requirement of the design。
