ARM新生儿水床控制系统设计硬件设计+源代码

摘要刚出生的婴儿对环境温度的变化非常敏感,同时新生婴儿不好动,这对新生儿的 摄入营养和身体发育都是不利的。那么为了增强新生儿的摄奶量,帮助新生婴儿健康 成长,为新生婴儿营造一个舒适的环境非常有必要。81116

本课题以新生儿水床为主要研究内容,进行了水床控制系统总体方案的设计和硬 件设计。控制系统分为两大系统:恒温控制系统和震动系统。

论文中主要讲了总体方案设计,硬件设备介绍,基于ARM和DS18B20字符驱动 程序编写,如何控制加热器,温度的记录与测试,建立了嵌入式系统的开发环境,如 何实现恒温的闭环控制系统,算法控制和精度的提高,搭建Linux与windows的samba 通信服务,震动控制的设计方案和具体实现。

水床震动系统中通过多水泵集合,优化水床震动的力度和效果。在扩展口驱动中, 优化控制算法,能及时有效的控制工作和停止状态,保证了水床的安全性。

同时,为了提高水床温度控制的精度,将水泵在恒温箱内实现内循环,温度采集 单元测量精度更高。

课题中的硬件使用单总线的DS18B20数字温度传感器作为温度采集单元,ARM 开发板处理器作为系统的数据处理控制设备。1200w的加热器作为恒温箱的加热装置。 12v无刷直流水泵为水床震动动力。

经过系统编译和测试,新生儿水床控制系统满足温度检测,加热控制,水床震动 的功能和指标要求,而且本系统的设计具有安全,稳定,抗干扰强,更好的人机交互 等要求。在类似设计产品中具有精度高,更智能,更安全的优势。

Abstract Newborn babies are inactive and very sensitive to changes of environmental temperature, which would be bad for neonates to absorb nutrition and develop their body。 So it’s very necessary to create a comfortable environment for newborn babies to strengthen their milk-taking amount and make them grow up healthily。

Based on the neonatal waterbeds, this subject mainly introduces the design of overall scheme and hardware for water-bed control system。 The system is pided into two parts: temperature control system and vibration system。

This paper includes the overall design, hardware introduction, DS18B20 character-driven programming based on ARM, the method of controlling heater, records and tests of temperature, setting up a development environment for  embedded systems, how to implement closed-loop control system of constant temperature, control and improve the accuracy of the algorithm, set up Linux with Samba Windows communication services, vibration control design and implementation。

Water-bed vibration system optimizes the strength and effect of water-bed vibration through multi-pump set。 And optimizing control algorithms of the extended drive can effectively control the working state and stop state so that it ensures the safety of the water bed。

Meanwhile, making water pump achieve internal circulation in the thermostat can improve the accuracy of water-bed temperature control。

In the study,hardware uses a single bus DS18B20 digital temperature sensor as    the

temperature acquisition unit, ARM development board processor as the system of data processing control device。 The heating device is a 1200w heater。 12v brushless DC Pump as the power of water beds。

After compiling and testing systems, neonatal water bed control system conform the temperature detection, heating control, water beds vibration function and target, and the design of the system is safe, stable, strong anti-interference。 At the same time, it has  better
