Fluent微通道换热器数值模拟研究

摘 要近年来,随着科学技术的发展,人们对电子设备的组装密度要求越来越高, 散热问题越来越突出。微通道换热作为一门新兴的热控制技术,是国内外学者的 研究热点。本文以芯片散热的微通道换热器为研究对象。通过 gambit 建立了微 通道换热器三维模型,并对该模型网格划分,运用 Fluent 软件有限容积法对微通 道换热器进行了仿真模拟,得到了微通道换热器在稳态工况下的温度场、压力场 等,温度是体现换热器换热性能的最主要参数。对微通道换热器进行了简单的优 化,比较了铜、铝、氮化硅三种材质对换热器换热性能的影响,结果表明:铜质 性能最好,氮化硅最差,铝质居中;并比较了以水、乙醇、苯三种流体作为冷却 液对换热器换热性能影响,结果表明:水最适合作为微通道换热器的冷却液;还 对冷却液进出换热器的位置作了调整,发现进口位置靠近热源面,而出口位置远 离热源面时,换热器换热效果最佳,而且换热器的温度均匀度也能得到很大的提 高,若组装和工艺技术能满足要求,那么进口管道应尽量设计在靠近热源面的位 置,出口管道设计在远离热源面的位置。80795

Abstract In recent years, with the development of science and technology, more and more people are required to assemble the density of electronic equipment, and the heat dissipation problem is becoming more and more important。 Micro channel heat transfer, as a new thermal control technology, is a hot research topic at home and abroad。 In this paper, the micro channel heat exchanger is used as the research object。 Through gambit established micro channel for the three-dimensional  model of  the heat exchanger, and pision of the grid of the model, using FLUENT software the finite volume method of micro channel for heat exchanger was simulated。 The micro channel heat exchanger in steady state conditions of temperature field, pressure field, temperature is reflected heat exchanger and the main parameters of the thermal properties。 On the micro channel heat exchanger is optimized, copper, aluminum, silicon nitride three materials on the heat exchanger performance,  the  results show that the best performance of copper, aluminum silicon nitride is the worst, the middle; and compared with water, ethanol, benzene three fluid as the coolant heat exchanger the heat transfer effect, the results show that the most suitable for water cooling liquid heat exchanger as a micro channel; on a cooling liquid inlet and heat exchanger position was adjusted, found that the inlet position near the heat source, and the outlet position away from the heat source surface, the best heat transfer effect of heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger the temperature uniformity can be  greatly improved, and if the assembly technology can meet the requirements, then import pipeline should be designed in the near surface heat source location, the export pipeline design at a position apart from heat source surface。
