MSP430F149单片机的汽车仪表检测台设计,主要通过对软件的编写和设计实现对系统的控制。同时设置液位传感器,用水来模拟油量剩多少,通过电阻输出电压的改变来判断油量的剩余量。

现如今汽车越来越普及,安全性问题也得到了大家的关心和提高。汽车检测技术的发展宗旨是研究汽车技术性能指标变化的规律,其主要手法是通过制定检测项目、实验方法和标准要求,运用自动化检测手段,准确准时地反映汽车各种零部件、系统、等状态和实时情况,本设计使用的是MSP430F149单片机,主要通过对软件的编写和设计实现对系统的控制。同时设置液位传感器,用水来模拟油量剩多少,通过电阻输出电压的改变来判断油量的剩余量。采用光电转速传感器来测量速度,超过一定的速度时通过声光报警器提醒车主要减速慢行。还采用了LM393,ZYMQ-2气体传感器来检测燃气是否超标,当超标时立即给司机报警。最后通过软件和仿真验证了方案的正确性。该系统设计简单,在生产过程中具有一定的参考价值。78336

Abstract:Now the car is more and more popular, security issues have been everyone's concern and improve。The development principle of vehicle inspection and test technology is to study the changing rules of automotive technical performance index, mainly through the approach of formulating detection project, experiment method and standard requirement, using automated testing means to reflect all kinds of automotive spare parts, systems, other states and real-time situation timely and accurately。 This design uses the MSP430F149 SCM to achieve control on the system mainly through  writing and design of the software。 At the same time, it sets the liquid level sensor, using water to simulate how much oil remains, and estimates the amount of residual oil through the change of voltage output by resistance。 And it uses photoelectric rotating speed sensor to measure the speed, when it is beyond a certain speed, it will remind the car to slow down by sound and light alarm。 In addition, this design also apply the LM393, ZYMQ - 2 gas sensor to detect whether gas exceeds standard, if it does, it will alert the driver immediately。Finally, the software and the simulation verify the correctness of the program。 The design of the system is simple, and it has a certain reference value in the production process。
