摘要对于无刷直流电机来说,其简单的结构组成、可靠的运行过程、方便的维修方法,突出的动态与静态特征等优势,使其在行业中应用愈加普遍。由于当今工业的控制系统对于自身的准确度、响应的速度性以及性能的稳定性要求更高,因此现阶段合适的控制算法占据了此研究领域的重要地位。并且,怎样通过无刷直流电机中的伺服系统来实现对电流的控制已成为该研究的热门问题。

    为了使PID控制达到良好的效果,对于传统的闭环控制来说,经典PID控制算法常常通过不改变被控制的对象来使用线性特性。但是,无刷直流电动机的系统存在组合随时性、灾害强烈性、控制非线性等缺陷,一旦电机的运作条件发生改变,其参数会相应的受到影响。故而,在控制精度要求更高的条件下,传统的PID 控制器并不适用。本文接下来将讨论和模拟研究在无刷直流电机控制系统中如何操作模糊控制状态下的直流无刷电机,剖析其控制的策略与方法。78205

Design and Simulation of Brushless DC motor speed control system

Abstract Brushless DC motor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, good static characteristics of, in the industry has been more and more widely used。 With industrial control on the system accuracy, response speed and stability requirements are much higher, which makes the research of control algorithm becomes more and more important。 Therefore, the current study on control strategy of Brushless DC motor servo system of free is a hot spot。

Conventional closed-loop control is used mostly is the classic PID control algorithm。 For the linear time invariant control object, PID control can have very good control effect。 However, brushless DC motor is a nonlinear, strong coupling and time varying system and motor parameters in Brushless DC motor control strategy, is designed based on DSP brushless DC motor control system, and has conducted the simulation research。

Secondly, a detailed explanation of the brushless DC motor control system design, including the design of hardware and software of the system。 TMS320LF2407A chip of TI company as control core, the design of the brushless DC motor control circuit, drive circuit, detection circuit and protection circuit。 This paper also on the control software system were introduced, including the main program, interrupt subroutine, speed loop and current loop algorithm, and draw out the flow chart of the program。
