摘要硬币是世界范围内最常见的一种货币。由于硬币小而零碎，在银行公交这种硬币 大量出现的地方，人工分拣起来耗时耗力。如何将大量不同种类的硬币快速而准确的 分拣，已成为全世界普遍关注的问题。同时残币的回收也成为银行等金融机构的难题。 本文介绍了一种硬币分拣机，它的使用可以将大量硬币在短时间内进行准确的分拣计 数，同时对残缺硬币进行识别，避免人力物力的浪费，具有较好的前景。78062
本文中设计了一种基于单片机的针对硬币大小不同，直径相异的特点的物理分离 方法。在电机带动下，分拣盘将硬币送入不同的筛孔，并利用光电传感器计数。针对 残币的识别，本文提出了一种基于机器视觉的残币识别技术。用摄像头采集硬币图像， 并对图像进行预处理：通过图像灰度化得到灰度图像，对灰度图像进行轮廓提取及形 态学处理，最后进行霍夫圆变换，检测硬币是否破损。图像处理在 Visual C++6。0 和 OpenCV 下搭建平台。调试结果表明，该方法具有较高的精度。

Abstract The coin is one of the most common worldwide currency。 Because coins are small and fragmented, artificial sorting wastes a lot of time and labor。 How to sort a large number of coins quickly and accurately has become a universal concern of the whole world。 At the same time, worn coin recovery has become a problem for banks and other financial institutions。 In this paper, we design a coin sorting machine, which can be used to sort a large number of coins in a short period of time。 The device can identify incomplete coins at the same time, thereby saving a lot of manpower and resources。
In this paper, a physical separation method based on the single chip microcomputer is designed, which is based on the characteristics of different sizes and different diameters。
Under the drive of the motor, put the coins into the different mesh and counting。 According to worn coin recognition, this paper proposes a banknote recognition technology based on machine vision。 We use a video camera to collect coin image。 First of all we use the function to get gray image。 Then the gray image contour extraction and do the morphological process。 Finally we can use Hough transform, in order to detect the worn coins。 Design build experiment platform with Visual C + + 6。0 and OpenCV。 The design results show that the method has higher precision。
