摘  要随着社会的发展,工业自动化程度的飞速发展,人们对于生产生活中供水系统的要求也越来越高,液位变量作为系统中重要的参数,必须做好它的检测和控制。由于其参数多变,工况复杂等特点,对监控系统的要求是非常的高。以往的供水监控方式存在着精度低、能耗大等缺点,并且运行起来很不稳定,不光耗费人力而且安全性也难以保障。使用传统的供水系统已经很难满足现代社会生产生活的需求。77232

为解决这个问题,就需要运用自动控制技术。众所周知,水或多或少都会具有导电性,利用它这一物理特性便出现了液位传感器。使用传感器,即使没人在蓄水池旁守着也可以得到全天候连续不断的液位变化数据。使用MCGS等组态软件将这些数据进行处理,可以得到报警、曲线等信息,与PLC等硬件相结合,就可以完成对蓄水池液位的监测和控制,可以把液位限制在一定范围之间,从而提高了整个供水系统的质量。

Configuration software based detection and control system for tank liquid level

Abstract  With the development of the society, the rapid development of industrial automation, people to the requirement of production and living water supply system in more and more is also high, liquid level variables as the important parameters in the system, the detection and control must be done。 The complex working conditions because of its parameters are changeable, wait for a characteristic, the requirement of monitoring system is very high。 Previous monitoring method of water supply there is a big disadvantage of low accuracy and less energy, and to run is not very stable, not only human cost but also difficult to guarantee the security。 Using the traditional water supply system is hard to meet the needs of modern social production and living。

To solve this problem, you need to use the automatic control technology。 As we all know, water is more or less will be electric, take advantage of it have appeared on the physical properties of liquid level sensor。 Using sensors, even nobody beside the pool watching can get all-weather continuous liquid level change data。 Using MCGS configuration software to process the data, can get the information such as alarm, curves, and the combination of PLC and other hardware, can complete the monitoring and control of the reservoir level, can limit the liquid level in a certain range, thus improve the quality of the whole water supply system。
