以华南地区常见的稻壳废料为生物质原料,研究了热解温度和停留时 间等因素对生物质热解炭化特性的影响规律

摘要本文以华南地区常见的稻壳废料为生物质原料,研究了热解温度和停留时 间等因素对生物质热解炭化特性的影响规律,主要研究结论如下: 

(1)生物质的热解炭化过程可以归纳出有三个阶段:干燥阶段、挥发热解 阶段、煅烧阶段。生物质在初始阶段质量变化较小;随着停留时间增加,生物质 质量迅速下降;但当停留时间到一定程度时,继续增加停留时间对生物质得炭率 的影响较小。 77071

(2)为确定合适的生物质炭化温度和时间,应综合考虑生物质炭化挥发热 解阶段完成的时间,以及生物质最终的炭得率。综合以上因素,稻壳的炭化温度 450℃,炭化时间为15分钟是的炭化效果比较理想。 

此外,根据实验所获得的数据,对稻壳燃料做了热力计算,绘制出了温焓表。 并且计算出稻壳的理论燃烧温度,发现随着过量空气系数的增加,其理论燃烧温 度逐渐降低。

Title Research on the Pyrolysis Carbonized Characters of  Biomass and Computation of Combustion Process Parameters     

 

Abstract In this paper, based on rice husk, which is a kind of common waste materials in southern China, the effects of temperature and residence time on the pyrolysis characteristics of biomass have been studied。 The main results are as follows: 

(1) The pyrolysis and carbonization process of biomass can be summarized into three stages: the drying stage, the volatile pyrolysis stage  and the calcination stage。 The weight of biomass of changes little in the initial stage; with the increase of the residence time, the weight of biomass decreased rapidly; while there is less influence on the carbon yield of biomass when the residence time has increased to a certain extent。 

(2) In order to determine the proper carbonization temperature and residence time, we should take the completion of the volatile pyrolysis stage and the final yield of biomass into consideration。 Considering comprehensively above-mentioned factors, the ideal carbonization temperature and residence time of rice husk are 450℃ and 15 minutes respectively。 

In addition, according to the data obtained from the experiment, the temperature enthalpy meter has been made。 Also the theoretical flame temperature of rice husk has been calculated, and we find that the theoretical flame temperature gradually decreases with the increase of excess air coefficient。
