摘要在风力发电技术不断地进步中,风力发电的成本与其他燃料为基础的发电资源变得有竞争力。由于化石燃料的价格上涨和全球变暖,风力发电的发展在过去十年中迅速发展。最近,几个大型风力发电项目已在世界各地实施。在电力系统中集成非常大的风力发电系统是有经济效益的。但与此同时,小型风力发电系统也在快速发展,相比于大型风力发电系统,小型风力发电的普及有其特殊意义,它对于缓解地区能源紧张,节约能源有很大帮助。75586

目前,水平轴风力发电机在风力发电中仍占据重要位置,小型风力发电机设计的关键在于风电齿轮箱的设计,需要考虑载荷,强度校核等因素。本文将简单介绍风力发电机的发展历史、未来的发展前景及为何要推广风力发电机,明确风力发电机适用地区。我们将重点阐述风力发电机的原理,据此来进行风力发电机的总体设计,主要确定叶片、发电机、塔架、地基等关键部件的选型和设计。然后,会进行风力发电机一个重要部件齿轮增速箱的尺寸设计和强度校验,同时还要确定其材料

最后,也是最重要的一点,我们要对风力发电机进行模拟仿真分析,需要用到的仿真软件是ANSYS软件,通过仿真分析,我们可以看出塔架在风力作用下的弯曲变形及各部分所受的力的大小,确定其是否满足强度要求。我们还可以分析模态频率,从而得到塔架在什么频率下振动最敏感。

Small wind turbine system design

Abstract With the advance in wind turbine technologies, the cost of wind energy becomes competitive with other fuelbased generation resources。 Due to the price hike of the fossil fuel and the concern of the global warming, the development of wind power has rapidly progressed over the last decade。 Recently, several largescale wind generation projects have been implemented all over the world。 It is economically beneficial to integrate very large amounts of wind capacity in power systems。 But at the same time, small wind power generation system is also in the rapid development, compared to largescale wind power generation system, the popularity of small wind power generation has its special significance, it is of great help for easing the lacking of energy in the area and energy conservation。 

At present, the horizontal axis wind turbine still occupies an important position in wind power generation。 The key of small wind turbine design is the design of the Gearbox for Wind Turbine, which needs to consider the factors such as load, strength check and so on。 This article will briefly introduce the development history of the wind turbine, the future development prospects and why to promote the wind power generator, a clear application of wind power generators。 We will focus on the principle of wind power generator, pursuant to the overall design of the wind turbine, mainly to determine the selection and design of the key parts of the blade, a generator, tower and foundation。 Then, it will carry out the size design and strength check of the gear box of the important parts of wind power generator。 

Finally, and most important, we have to the wind turbine generator of simulation analysis, need to use the simulation software of ANSYS software, through the simulation analysis, we can see tower under wind action of bending deformation and the part of force size, determine whether they meet the requirements of strength。 We can also analyze the modal frequency, resulting in what tower vibration frequency is the most sensitive。
