MSP430单片机温湿度测控系统试验系统驱动设计

通过对目前较为典型的几种温度控制系统的不同测控方法以及各自的局限性的分析总结。针对现有的几种控制方式存在的控制精度低、超调量大、稳态性能较差等缺点,设计采用电力电子技术和计算机控制技术,基于MSP430单片机,通过编程来控制硬件部分实现的温度控制系统。9744
以实验系统的温控实现为核心,采用理论分析和仿真调试相结合的方法,对所需解决的理论和实践问题进行了讨论。首先,在硬件方面,以温度传感器DS18B20构成温度采集电路,进行温度的采集;再通过AD7934-6对数据进行A/D转换,最终系统可以与监控计算机通过RS485进行通信。在软件方面,对控制主程序、中断服务程序、采样子程序进行编写,以达到通过程序来驱动控制该温控系统的目的。最后制成的电路板及其驱动控制程序的实验结果验证了所采用的测量策略、软硬件设计的正确性。整个系统结构紧凑,操作灵活,简单可靠,功能强大,性价比高,较好的满足了现代生产和科研的需要。9744

    Abstract
Some typical ways of temperature controlling system and the limitations of their own are summarized. According to the modem power electronics technology and controlling technology, we can design a temperature system which is based on MSP430 and controls temperature by programming. It can overcome the common disadvantages of existing temperature controlling systems, such as low control accuracy, the large amount of overshoot, poor steady-state performance.
In order to realize the functions of the experimental temperature controlling systems the theoretical and practical problems to be solved are discussed by combing theoretical analysis with simulation experiments. Firstly, in the hardware, the temperature sensor DS18B20 is the main device of the temperature data acquisition circuit to collect temperature data and the output controlling is based on the collected data. Then using AD7934-6 to converse the data. Finally the system can communicate with the monitoring computer through RS485. In the software, to realize the purpose of driving the temperature controlling system through writing the main controlling program, interrupt service program, sampling subroutine, digital filtering program. Finally, the results of the experiment of the circuit board and its driver validate the control tactics and the design of its software and hardware .The entire system is compact, flexible, simple, reliable, powerful and cost-effective. It meets the needs of modern production and research better.
