摘要微射流电沉积技术作为低成本、高效率的涂层制备技术,是电镀技术与快速 成型技术的强效结合。作为一种高效率加工技术,多年以来,经过全世界科研人 员锲而不舍的研究和改进,电沉积技术取得了卓越的发展和辉煌的进步。73906

金属电沉积,泛指采用传统的喷射电镀的方法在阴极电极表面上生成阳极金 属沉积层的过程。本次实验的实验原理就是利用这一工作原理来制作金属沉积 层,修复或者再制造工件的过程。

本文就是利用COMSOL有限元仿真技术,通过计算机建立喷嘴结构仿真模型, 使用大量精密的仿真实验,对电沉积喷嘴内部的电场和流场进行仿真模拟。

在电沉积过程中,方形喷嘴内部的流场分布及电场密度直接影响了最终沉积 层的表面质量。使用有限元方法,对喷嘴进行定量分析,得到了各种参数对电沉 积过程和沉积层质量的影响。结果表明,阴极表面金属层的沉积层厚度分布与流 场分布、电场密度分布一致。利用有限元理论对喷嘴系统中的内部结构进行了分 析,从而为同组同学优化喷嘴结构设计提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Electric field simulation of particle jet electrodeposition by comsol software

Abstract Micro-Jet flow electrodeposition coating technology as a low cost, high efficiency, electroforming technology and rapid prototyping technology is a potent combination。 As a highly efficient processing technology for years, after researchers around the world working with perseverance and improvement of electro-deposition techniques achieve excellence in development and progress。 Metal electrodeposition, refers to the traditional method of plating on the cathode process of generating the Anodic metal deposits on the electrode surface。 Principle experiments of this experiment is to use this principle to restore the metal deposits repairing or manufacturing process of work piece。 This article is using COMSOL finite element simulation technology, nozzle structure established by computer simulation model, uses a sophisticated simulation for electrodeposition nozzle and flow field simulation of the electric field。 During the deposition process, square nozzle flow field and electric field density directly affects the final layer of surface quality。 Using the finite element method, quantitative analysis of nozzle obtained various parameters on electrodeposition process and the effects of sediment quality。 Results showed that catholic deposition of metal coating on the surface layer thickness and density distribution of flow field and electric field。 In Injector system by using finite element method analysis of the internal structure, thus optimization nozzle design for the same group of students with the theoretical and technical support。
