模糊神经网络在液位控制系统中的液位及仿真

摘要液位控制广泛存在于工业生产中,在一定程度上,液位控制的好坏在很大程度上影响着工业生产的产品优劣情况。因此,液位控制的研究受到了越来越多研究者的关注。在我国,工业化发展的程度越来越高,所需要的控制技术也随之升高。主要表现在两个方面:一方面,对控制效果的准确度要求变高,另一方面,对控制系统响应的时间也有了更高的要求。而传统的PID控制器已经无法满足人们日益增长的需求了。随着智能控制技术的发展,为液位控制的研究提供了新的方案。73451

双容水箱与单容相比,它是非线性的,控制过程中可能包含一些非确定因素,在响应时间上会有一些延时滞后,以上这些特点都会使得系统控制变得不容易。可以将模糊控制和神经网络控制运用到这一类模型中,观察其控制效果是否能达到理想状态。

本文主要利用模糊神经网络研究双容水箱的液位控制问题,并通过仿真验证控制系统的可行性。主要从以下几个方面开展研究工作:首先,介绍了水箱液位控制系统的研究背景及现状;然后,对双容水箱进行建模,得到其控制模型,以便于后面的分析设计;再次,介绍了模糊控制和神经网络算法等基础知识;最后设计模糊网络控制器并应用到液位控制系统中,然后进行仿真研究,利用仿真来检验控制器的设计效果。

通过仿真可以得到此类模糊神经网络PID控制的系统具有较小的超调量、稳定性高、响应速度快的特点,大大提高了控制系统的基本特性(动态和静态),可见这种系统是值得推广和应用的,可以为工业生产领域带来很大的效益。

Application and Simulation of Fuzzy Neural Network in Liquid Level Control System

Abstract Liquid level control is widely used in the industrial production。 To a certain extent, the quality of the liquid level control affects the quality of the products in the industrial production。 Therefore, the research of liquid level control is concerned by more and more researchers。 In our country, the degree of industrialization is becoming more and more high。 So the control technology requirements are also increased。 Mainly in two aspects: on the one hand, the accuracy requirement of the control effect becomes higher; on the other hand, the response time of the control system is also higher。 T And the traditional PID controller has been unable to meet the growing demand of the people。 With the development of intelligent control technology, it provides a new method for the research of the liquid level control。 

Compared with the single capacity water tank, it is nonlinear。 The control process of double tank water tank may contain some uncertain factors, and there will be some delay in response time。 All of these features will make the system control is not easy。 We can use the fuzzy control and neural network to control this model, and observe whether the control effect can reach the ideal state。

In this paper, the fuzzy neural network is used to study the liquid level control of the double tank, and the feasibility of the control system is verified by the simulation。 The paper mainly from the following aspects to carry out research work: Firstly, the research background and current situation of the tank level control system are introduced。 Then, the double capacity water tank is modeled, and its control model is obtained, which is convenient for the analysis and design。 Again, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of fuzzy control and neural network algorithm。 At last, the fuzzy controller is designed and applied to the liquid level control system。 Then the simulation is carried out, and the design result of the controller is tested by simulation。 模糊神经网络在液位控制系统中的液位及仿真:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_83799.html
