微机监测的铁路信号设备故障分析

摘要:微机监测被称为铁路电务部门的黑匣子,有效地运用微机监测系统,是铁路电务部门提高信号设备维修质量、减少信号设备故障的重要手段。本文将针对TWJX-2006版本的微机监测系统的结构和采集接口电路,分析其在正常工作状况下监测的对象。并通过信号集中监测系统的开关量,以及模拟量的记录曲线,分析其所反映的信号设备质量或者信号设备可能存在的隐患问题。其中本文将涉及的铁路信号基础设备有:ZD6型转辙机组成的单动或多动道岔S700K提速道岔以及25Hz轨道电路。通过微机监测,能对这些信号设备的各项参数进行实时监测,当出现异常情况时,可以对故障点做出迅速的判断与分析。再结合自身对信号设备的电气特性以及机械特性的了解与认识,迅速处理故障或排除可能存在的隐患。71340

Fault analysis of railway signal equipment based on Microcomputer Monitoring

Abstract: Computer monitoring is called the railway department of the black box, the effective use of computer monitoring system of railway department, is an important means to improve maintenance quality, reduce equipment fault signal signal. In this paper, the structure and the interface circuit of the microcomputer monitoring system of TWJX-2006 version are analyzed, and the objects under normal working condition are analyzed. And through the signal concentration monitoring system switch amount and analog record curve, the quality of signal equipment or the hidden trouble of signal equipment are analyzed. Among them, the basic equipments of railway signals include ZD6 type switch machine, single moving or multiple switch, S700K speed increasing switch and 25Hz track circuit. Through microcomputer monitoring, the parameters of these signal devices can be monitored in real time. When abnormal situation occurs, the fault point can be quickly judged and analyzed. Combined with its own understanding of the electrical characteristics of the signal equipment and mechanical characteristics, and quickly deal with the failure or eliminate possible hidden dangers.
