摘要现代电子技术让人们的生活在近几十年来发生了翻天覆地的变化,而当前很多的高科技产品又非常依赖优良的电能质量。新型的动态电压补偿设备就应当在成本更低的基础之上为精密设备提供更为优秀的电能。当前性能最为优秀的补偿电路则是输出纯正弦电压的逆变电路,该电路通过串联耦合变压器对母线进行补偿。EG8010是新一代国产纯正弦逆变驱动IC,其输出的纯正弦波总谐波失真在空载时小于0.1%。基于MATLAB仿真并利用EG8010、IR2110等元器件构造的新型动态电压补偿器带有闭环电压反馈功能,可以时时跟踪电压并能在3个电压周波内完成电压补偿量的计算,使电压到达预定值。采用MATLAB也可以清晰的仿真相位同步和可变因子乘法器的工作形式。其中,相位同步电路在实际运用中为一个独立的电路模块,由运算放大器构成,当母线正弦电压由负半周过零点时向EG8010发出使能信号。电压负反馈模块内涵在EG8010芯片内部。最大补偿电压则由加在场效应管全桥上的直流电压所决定,而该电压由铅酸蓄电池通过SG5325等IC进行直直升压变换后得到。当然,使用这一方案进行电压动态补偿相对于高性能单片机、DSP控制的成本要低很多。66783

Title  Analysis and Design of a New Type of Dynamic Voltage Compensator                     

Abstract

Modern electronic technology to make people's life in the great changes have taken place in recent decades, many high-tech products relies heavily on good power quality. The new type of dynamic voltage compensator should be on the basis of lower cost to provide more excellent power quality. Currently, the pure sinusoidal voltage inverter is of best performance in compensation circuit, which compensates voltage through the series coupling transformer. EG8010 is a new generation of pure sine wave inverter drive IC, THD of the EG8010 inverter part is less than 0.1%. Simulation of this project is based on MATLAB. Using EG8010, IR2110 components to construct the new type of dynamic voltage compensator with closed loop voltage feedback function is also included in the project. The control unit of this project can always track voltage, calculation of voltage compensation can be made within the three voltage frequency. With Simulink of MATLAB simulation, phase synchronization and variable factor multiplier can also get clear results. Among them, the phase synchronization circuit in practice as an independent circuit module, made up of operational amplifiers, when sinusoidal voltage by the negative half passing zero, phase synchronization circuit would send enabling signal to EG8010. Voltage negative feedback part is included in EG8010. The maximum compensation voltage is determined by the dc voltage of the adding in MOSFET H-bridge. Of course, This is a more low-cost way compare to DSP, MCU control model.
