摘要 电压型 PWM整流器以输入电流正弦化、实现单位功率因数运行、直流电压恒定且可以迅速调节控制、 良好的动态性能且可以实现能量的双向流动等显著优点受到广泛的关注。 电压型 PWM整流器是一个强耦合、时变的非线性系统,控制较为复杂。首先,研究了PWM整流器的典型拓扑和工作原理,并建立了单相电压型PWM 整流器的数学模型,研究了三相电压型 PWM整流器的abc 坐标及dq坐标下的模型,在此基础上研究了PWM整流器的控制策略与控制系统设计。通过搭建在Simulink 环境下的单相、三相仿真模型,验证了单相、三相电压型PWM整流器控制方法的可行性。 其次,给出了单相电压型PWM整流器的主要技术参数,对系统的硬件与软件进行了优化设计。硬件方面,介绍了主电路的设计方法、功率开关管的选型、交流电感的工程计算以及驱动保护电路的设计等,此外,给出了间接电流控制与直接电流控制的稳压效果分析;软件方面,采用 ARM公司的LPC2131开发板作为控制器,详细地给出了软件的主程序、中断服务子程序、直流电压检测等模块的设计流程,对控制方法进行了数字实现。 最后,搭建了单相电压型PWM 整流器样机,并进行调试。在轻重载条件下进行实验,实验结果验证单相电压型PWM整流器控制方法、工程设计的有效性。 61070

Abstract PWM  VSR  with sinusoidal input current  realizes  that  power factor  is unit. The DC voltage is constant  .It  can quickly adjust the control.The  dynamic performance is good . It can realize two-way flow of energy as well as other significant advantages has been widely attention. PWM  VSR  is a strong coupling,  complicated  ,nonlinear time-varying systems. First, typical topology and work principle of PWM rectifier is studied. The mathematical model of single-phase PWM VSR is established and three-phase PWM  VSR  is studied in ABC coordinate and dq coordinate model. Based on the study of the PWM rectifier control strategy and control system is  designed. By constructing simulation model in Simulink environment of single-phase, three-phase.Which prove the feasibility of the control method. Secondly, the main technical parameters of single-phase PWM  VSR  are given. The design of hardware and software is optimized. On the one hand, the design method of main circuit and power switch tube exchange of type selection is introduced, including the engineering calculation and the design of driver protection circuit, etc.In addition, the indirect current control and direct current control is presented.On the other hand,  ARM LPC2131 development board as the controller is used. Software is presented in detail the main program, interrupt service routine, the DC voltage detection module design flow.The control method for the digital implementation. Finally, the single-phase PWM VSR prototype and debug is builded.The experiment  under the condition of  soft and  heavy load  is done.Which  verify the single-phase PWM VSR  the effectiveness of the control method and the engineering design.
