摘要炸药的燃烧和爆轰是相互联系的,爆轰是爆炸物不稳定燃烧的极端情况。爆炸物的稳定燃烧破坏之后,就有可能由燃烧转变成爆轰。研究爆炸物由燃烧转变为爆轰,不仅在理论上,而且在实际上都有重大的现实意义,如目前火工品行业中无起爆药雷管的研究,它需要研究克服的问题是:如何在最普通的条件下,使猛炸药尽快地由燃烧转变成爆轰,从而实现以单一的猛炸药拉装填雷管(无起爆药雷管),并确保该雷管具有优良的起爆性能和爆轰稳定性。另外,在某些行业中,有时爆炸物的燃烧转爆轰又是我们所不希望产生的现象。如火炮发射时,炮膛内火药的燃烧、火药生产车间或仓库的意外事故而造成的爆炸危险品着火燃烧等。为了不必要的损失,避免悲剧性灾难的发生,此时我们就必须防止它由燃烧到爆轰的转变,确保人民生命财产的安全。59840

对于爆炸物的燃烧转爆轰,由于爆炸物的物理化学性能不同,则它燃烧转变为爆轰的难易程度也不同。有的差别相当大,如起爆药与猛炸药,一般起爆药一经点燃,它在很低的压力下能迅速转变为爆轰,而猛炸药则不同,它必须在较高的压力下,经过一定燃烧加速时间才能转变为爆轰。另外对于不同状态的爆炸物,其燃烧转爆轰的过程也不完全相同。

本文通过研究8701炸药的燃烧模型,并以此推导端面燃烧药柱的燃烧公式,结合实验验证,从理论与实际上分析研究了8701炸药燃速与外界气体压力之间的关系。为炸药的安全使用给出了一定的指导方向。

Abstract

If the stable detonation of explosive was destroyed , the it may turn into detonation from burning . Research on the deflagration into detonation of explosive , not only in theory but also in practice has great practical significance , for example , the study about no primary explosive detonators , it needs to overcome the problem: how can we make the explosive detonate in the most common condition as soon as possible , in order to achieve no primary explosive detonators and ensure that the detonation detonator has excellent performance and detonation stability . From another, in some industries, sometimes deflagration to detonation of explosives is a phenomenon that we do not want to produce. Such as the explosive burning in cannon when firing, and the accident of explosive fired In the gunpowder workshop or warehouse.
