摘要  改革开放以来,我国在化学建材领域取得了迅猛发展,塑料管材的广泛使用,掀起了一场用塑料管材替代传统建材的革命。在一些管材行业发达的国家,智能控制生产技术已经相当成熟,而目前我国在塑料行业的生产中自动化程度很低。对于塑料管材的整个生产过程,塑料管材的定长切割是生产过程不可避免的一道工序,切割精度是影响塑料管材生产率的重要因素,直接决定了管材的生产质量。  本论文在理论上对一种 PP-R 小型管材的定长切割和对切割精度进行分析,利用 PROTEUS 仿真软件来模拟塑料管材的定长切割。仿真软件的设计是以AT89C51单片机为核心,利用显示芯片 LCD1602 和A/D转换PCF8591 等来模拟塑料管材的生产过程。在设计时,用一个 LED 灯来代表管材的运动,当运动的管材达到设定的长度后再利用另一个 LED的闪烁来表示管材的切割,在切割的同时显示切刀的速度,利用 A/D转换芯片的两个通道显示来模拟管材速度和切割长度。本设计以单片机为核心模仿了塑料管材的生产切割过程,设计运行可靠,操作简单方便,成本低廉,对塑料管材的生产厂家是一个不错的参考。  59012

Abstract  Since the reform and opening, our country has made great progress in the field of chemical building materials. The widely use of plastic pipe material, which set off a revolution to replace traditional building materials with plastic tubing. In some pipe industry developed countries, intelligent control technology already is quite mature, however our country has a very low degree of automation in production in the plastic industry. For the entire production process of plastic tubing, plastic tubing fixed-length cutting is a inevitable production process. The cutting precision and cutting processing of the products is the important factors influencing the plastic pipe material productivity, which affects the quality of the pipe. The paper analyzes a kind of small PP-R pipe length cutting and handling of the product  in theory, using the PROTEUS simulation software to  simulate plastic pipe cut to length. The simulation software of design is based on AT89C51 single chip microcomputer, and using the LCD1602 display chip and A/D conversion PCF8591 to simulate the production process of plastic tubing. In the designing, I am making use of an LED lamp to stand for the pipe movement. When the distant of moving get the length that was set before, The paper uses another LED flashing to indicate the pipe cutting, and show that the speed of the cutting. The paper uses the A/D conversion chip of two channels to simulate pipe cutting length and speed. The design with the single chip processor as the core imitates the plastic pipe material production cutting process. The design of reliable, simple operation and low cost is a good reference for Plastic pipe manufacturer.
