UG锚系仿真运动分析的ADAMS二次开发

摘要锚系统亦称锚设备,是船舶在海上抛锚停泊时所用的装置和机械的总称。锚系设计的合理性对船舶作业起着至关重要的作用。现代锚系设计很大程度上依靠于造船工人的经验,根据不同的船型设计锚链筒及锚唇的尺寸与形状,然后根据设计方案制造木模,再根据木模拉锚试验的结果对锚链筒和锚唇的位置和形状进行修正,直到达到理想的效果。传统的锚系设计方法浪费了大量的人力和物力,而且设计周期较长。三维建模软件UG的锚系标准件参数化图库模块和锚系非标件参数化辅助设计模块可以缩短锚系造型时间而且便于后期修整。基于这个研究成果上,再通过对大型通用软件ADAMS进行二次开发,定制出新的菜单和对话框,专用于锚系运动仿真,可以验证锚链筒、锚唇等设计的可行性,及时发现设计上存在的问题并修正。开发这样一整套的锚系设计系统是十分必要的,不仅节省材料成本而且大大提高了锚系的设计效率。49000

ABSTRACT The anchor system also known as the anchor device is a general term for plant and machinery used by the ship anchored at sea. Rationality of the mooring design plays a vital role for the ship operation.Modern anchors are designed to largely relying on the experience of the boat builders, designing the size and shape of anchor chain tube and anchor mouth according to different ship types, and manufacturing wooden mold based on design, and then correcting the position and shape of anchor chain tube and anchor mouth according to the result of wooden mold pulling anchor test until it reaches the desired results. Traditional method of anchor design waste a lot of manpower and material resources, and longer design cycle.The module of the mooring standard components parameterization and mooring non-standard parameterization aided design of three-dimensional modeling software UG can shorten the anchor system modeling time and easily post-trimming.Based on the research, and then by large general-purpose software ADAMS secondary development to customizing the new menus and dialog boxes, you can verify the feasibility of the design of anchor chain tube, anchor mouth, timely discovering and correcting problems in the design. The development of such a set of mooring system is very necessary, not only save material cost but also improve the efficiency of the mooring design.
