摘要:发光二极管LED(Light Emitting Diode),是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的半导体发光器件,是一种新型的节能环保、小尺寸、快速、长寿命光源。随着经济的发展,LED(发光二极管)作为近年来快速兴起的一种新型节能光源在全球都赢得了很高的投资热情和极大的关注,随着需求而变得急剧增大,它已经广泛地应用于电信、邮政、金融、交通等各个行业。LED的应用离不开他所需要的驱动控制电路,通过驱动电路来获得良好而平稳的电流,使LED显示更加均匀、漂亮地满足各种场合的应用要求。本论文主要整理和研究了LED恒流开关电源的种类和型式,并分析鸽子的特点和选择与计算方法,并对各种线路进行了仿真验证和分析。7119

Design of the driving circuit of LED
Abstract:Light Emitting Diode ,LED,is a kind of ability to electric energy into visible light semiconductor light emitting device, is a new kind of energy conservation and environmental protection, small size, fast, long life Light source. The wavelength of emitted light depends on the deference between the minimum energy of the conduction band and the maximum energy from the valence band. The LEDs light intensity depends on the current passing through it in direct mode. Today, white LEDs appear in the field of photovoltaic lighting technology as a promising solution. With economic development, LED as a rapid rise in recent years a new type of energy-saving light source in the world, won the high enthusiasm and a lot of attention, and as demand becomes sharply increase, it has been widely used in telecommunications, postal, banking, transportation, and other various industries. LED application cannot leave he needs the drive control circuit, drive circuit to get a good, steady current,nice to meet the application requirement of various occasions. In this study, the finishing and the LED constant current type and type of switching power supply, and the characteristics of pigeons, and selection and calculation method, and carried on the simulation and analysis for all kinds of lines.
