摘要近几年，我国啤酒设备制造业因为啤酒行业的发展而突飞猛进，为了满足市场需求，赢得竞争，许多啤酒制造企业逐渐引入了服务化制造模式。本文研究并设计了一个啤酒灌装生产线信息系统，主要工作为：（1）结合啤酒灌装线管理现状，分析研究了系统的需求。（2）提出了可以衡量生产线效率的指标，研究了设备综合效率指标OEE，分析计算OEE的基本原理，在此基础上，探讨了产出综合效能指标OTE和整厂综合效能指标OFE。（3）研究了啤酒灌装线的能源消耗与物料消耗指标。（4）分析和设计了啤酒灌装生产线信息系统的各个功能模块。该系统帮助灌装生产的管理人员发现生产问题，进行生产决策，从而提高灌装线效率，减少灌装线能源与物料消耗。41886

Title Design and Research on Information System of Beer Filling Production Line
Abstract
Currently, the development of beer industries has promoted its equipment manufacturing industry expand quickly. Many beer equipment manufacturing enterprises start to provide extra services for the products in order to enhance their competitiveness and meet market demand. In this paper, we study and design an information management system of beer filling production lines. The main contents are shown as below.
1) Based on the current situations of beer filling production lines management, this paper analyzes the requirements of the system.
2) Propose indicators to measure the efficiency of the production line. This paper researches on the indicator OEE and analyze the basic principle of the OEE measurement. On this basis, I discuss the fundamental theory of OTE and OFE.
3) In this paper, I do research on the energy consumption and material consumption indicators of beer filling production lines.
4) This paper analyzes and designs all the functional modules in information management system of beer filling production lines.
In fact, this system helps managers to find out problems in production and make better decisions. In this way, we can increase the efficiency of the filling lines, and reduce energy and material consumption finally.
