IEC61850智能变电站合并单元的实现

对合并单元的定义和原理、IEC 61850-9-2进行了介绍,然后基于南瑞继保PCS-221系列装置,对合并单元相关运行参数和实现的功能进行了介绍。最后对合并单元实现同步的方法进行了论述

摘要智能变电站设备分为过程层、间隔层、站控层。常规变电站装置的采样方式是通过电缆直接接入常规互感器的二次电流和电压,保护装置自身完成对模拟量的采样和A/D转换。数字化保护装置采样方式变为经通信接口接收互感器的合并单元送来的采样值数字量,采样和A/D转换过程实际上在电子式互感器的二次转换器或合并单元中完成。也就是说,保护装置的采样过程变为通信过程,重点是采样数据的同步问题。本文首先对合并单元的定义和原理、IEC 61850-9-2进行了介绍,然后基于南瑞继保PCS-221系列装置,对合并单元相关运行参数和实现的功能进行了介绍。最后对合并单元实现同步的方法进行了论述,并结合试验对IEC 61850 报文进行了采集和解读。23907

Title    The Implementation of Merging Unit in Intelligent         
  Distribution Substation                                            
Abstract
Intelligent substation equipment is pided into the process layer, the spacer layer, station control layer. Conventional substation device’s Sampling methods device is directly access the secondary current and voltage of conventional transformers via cable, and the protection completes analog sampling and A / D conversion by itself .The sampling method of digital protection devices converts to that receiving  the digital sample values of the combined unit via communication interface receives. In fact, the sampling and A / D conversion process is completed in electronic transformer secondary converter or merge unit. That is, the sampling process of protective device concert into the during communication, the focus is sampled data synchronization. Firstly, the definition and principles of the combined unit, IEC 61850-9-2 were introduced, and then based on NARI-RELAYS PCS-221 series devices, the merging unit operating parameters and implementation-related functions were introduced. At last , the method of merging unit’s synchronization are discussed, and then gathered  and analyzed the IEC 61850 packets.
