摘要随着生活水平的提高，各种各样的机械设备都实现了或者正在达成工业自动化生产水平的要求。包装码垛系统便是应运工业自动化技术的发展而生。本论文从DCS控制的角度立题，学习DCS系统知识，选取生活中紧密的大米包装码垛作为课题的实物对象，设计出符合其包装码垛生产线系统。紧接着，在实际模型操作中，运用简易的分布式模块模拟对包装码垛系统进行模块模拟测控。选取合适的模块和组态软件，通过对相应量的测控，从而完成整个系统进行控制，模拟出包装码垛自动化生产线的大致概况，从而达到远距离测控的自动化包装码垛设计的目标。21466

Title Research on Automatic Line of Packing& Palletizing and it’s Control System
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards, the mechanical devices of all kinds have achieved or are reaching the automation level of production industrial requirements. Packing and palletizing system is the development and application of industrial automation technology. This article from the DCS control point of legislation, learning knowledge of DCS system, selection of rice packaging palletizing close life as real subject, designed in line with the packaging palletizing production line system. Then, in the actual operation of the use of distributed module model, simple simulation of analog control module for packing and palletizing system. A selection module and a suitable set of software, through the control of a corresponding amount, so as to complete the whole control system, simulation of the palletizing automatic production line, so as to achieve remote control automatic palletizing design goals.

1 绪论
1．1 课题的研究背景及意义
在日常生活中，包装很常见，各式各样的包装方式层出不穷。[1]利用包装材料，可以很好地将物品保护起来，其次包装也可能是盛放物品的容器。再者，美丽的外包装也能提升物品在消费者心中的第一印象，有着宣传和推销的作用。
随着科学的发展，人们不再满足传统手工包装的低效率，同时随着需求的增加，产品需要大批量的生产，手工包装的诟病完全暴露出来，于是，人们苛求包装的现代化改造。国际上，日本、英国，意大利、美国的相关公司已掌握包装的先进技术。反而，纵观国内，大部分的包装码垛的设备多依赖国外进口。国内生产包装码垛设备的公司相对来说，比较稀少，而市场需求不减，因此工业厂商呼吁包装码垛全自动生产线能实现国产化，并实现大规模运用，这样就不会因为技术的隔阂造成设备的文护出现问题，同时也能够降低生产的成本。综上所述，对包装码垛的自动生产线的控制系统的研究具有一定的经济意义和现实的意义。 DCS包装码垛自动生产线控制系统设计:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_13683.html
