摘要:乙烯装置是石油化工的生产龙头,生产工艺比较复杂,有物理过程,也有化学反应过程,既有高温(1300摄氏度),也有低温(-170摄氏度),但都属典型化工单元过程。这些单元之间的衔接很紧密,中间的缓冲余地很小,而且对各参数要求严格,变化范围极小,这就对乙烯装置的连续产生自动化提出了很高的要求。乙烯生产装置生产的产品质量和产量(收率)不仅和经济效益直接相关,还直接影响了批下游生产装置(如聚乙烯装置、聚丙烯装置、乙二醇装置等)的正常生产运行与产品质量,因此在乙烯生产过程中质量(收率)控制中占有非常突出的地位。随着自动控制技术与人工智能技术的不断发展,过程先进控制技术对乙烯生产装置的安全高效运行起着非常重要的作用,人们已不满足单纯从乙烯生产过程的工艺设计与生产设备改造上获得经济效益,而是综合应用化学工程技术、计算机应用技术与自动控制技术对乙烯生产过程实行先进控制盒优化操作,充分发挥设备的内在潜力,以低能耗低成本消耗与高产出获得较高的经济效益。21173

Ethylene plant control system design
Abstract: Ethylene is the leading petrochemical production , the production process is more complex, there is a physical process , but also the chemical reaction process , both high temperature ( 1300 degrees Celsius ) , there are low temperature ( -170 degrees Celsius ) , but are typically chemical unit processes. Close convergence between these units , in the middle of a very small buffer room , demanding for each parameter variation range is very small, which means continuously produce ethylene automation made high demands. Ethylene production equipment product quality and yield ( yield ) not only directly related to the economic benefits, but also directly affect the production of a large number of downstream devices (such as polyethylene unit , polypropylene unit , ethylene glycol , etc. ) of normal production operations and product quality, thus the quality of the ethylene production process ( yield ) control plays a very prominent position. With the development of automatic control technology and artificial intelligence technology, advanced process control technology for safe and efficient operation of the ethylene plant plays an increasingly important role , it has been designed from the process simply does not meet the ethylene production process and the transformation of the production equipment obtain economic benefits. But the integrated application of chemical engineering technology, computer application technology and automatic control technology to implement advanced control box for ethylene production process optimization operation, give full play to the inherent potential of the device to low power consumption and low cost access to high-yield high economic returns .
