MPS系统的PLC设计加工站与安装站部分+梯形图

摘要MPS(Modular Production Training System)一种模块化的生产培训系统,系 统是一种集上料站、搬运站、加工站、安装站、安装搬运站、分类站为一体的自 动化生产培训系统。本文介绍了 MPS 的加工站和安装站的 PLC 设计,主要对加 工站和安装站的硬件和软件部分的设计。从 MPS 原功能的设计基础上分析,加 入部分新设计的新动作,对加工站和安装站原设计功能进行扩展。从原加工站和 安装站的动作入手,结合上料站和安装搬运站最终实现的功能上,先设计出硬件 部分,画出流程图,再分别设计出加工站和安装站的梯形图。介绍了所使用传感 器和限位开关的,本文采用了 FX2N 的(PLC)可编程控制器分别独立设计了加 工站和安装站的梯形图,上机调试。验证基于 PLC 的加工单元和安装单元系统 设计的可行性。加工站主要由旋转模块、钻孔模块、检测模块组成,加工站部分 新加入的动作为根据不同的输入工件选择不同钻孔时间,实现了对不同型号工件 实现不同的加工方式。安装站部分主要由料仓模块和转运模块组成,新加入的动 作主要是转运模快从一个加工工件位改为三个不同的加工位,对三个不同安装工 件位选择不同颜色的小工件分别安装进大工件空腔里面。84803

Abstract MPS is an automated protuction training system which were maded by feeding detecting ,feeding handling station, processing station, installation station, instalationl handling station, classification station system 。 This paper introduces the MPS PLC design for processing and installation stand, for processing and installation stand part of the design of hardware and software。 Through the MPS on the analysis of the function of the original design, add some new designs for the new action, the processing function of the original design and installation of stand。 From the action of processing and installing stand, combined with the feeding detecting station and installation handling station finally realize the function, design the hardware part first, draw a flow diagram, then respectively design processing and installation stand ladder diagram design。 Introduced by the use of sensors and limit switches, adopted FX2N programmable control (PLC) independently designed the processing and installation stand ladder diagram。 Computer debugging, validation processing unit based on PLC and the feasibility of the installation unit system design。 Processing station is mainly composed of rotating module, drilling module, test module, processing station part of the new action is according to different input artifacts to select different drilling time, realized with different model artifacts implement different ways of processing。 Install stand part is mainly composed of bin module and transport module。  New action mainly transport mode quickly from a processing workpiece instead of three different processing, the three different workpiece choose different color of small workpiece installation into master pieces。
