摘要：当今社会自闭症儿童的数量一直处于上升趋势，相关的研究也日益丰富。儿童自闭症的成因也是日益复杂，有来自家长情感上的忽视、先天的生理因素。本文通过以上海Q中心为主要的社工及家长为主要的访谈对象，并且通过文献法来对当今儿童自闭症的概念，诊断标准，治疗方式有全面的分析。结构游戏治疗和音乐治疗方式成为现在比较盛行的治疗方式。此外，在社工介入的过程中会运用更加先进的治疗方式，但是由于多种因素社工在介入过程中会遇到各种各样的困境，如治疗效果进程缓慢、来自家长的压力、自身心理压力和情绪问题、伦理价值都给社工在介入过程中带去了很多问题。10535

Social Worker Intervention the Children with Autism

Abstract: In this paper, the problems of children with autism shallow to analyze, through child autism symptoms and their treatment, social workers and other aspects of the intervention process. 一、绪论
（一）研究缘起
自闭症也被称为儿童孤独症，是一种广泛性发展障碍，指的是儿童在发展过程中在社交沟通及行为方面表现出来的严重障碍。美国的临床医学家Leo Kanner最早开始对自闭症进行临床研究，并于1943年发表了题为《情感交流的自闭性障碍》（Autistic disturbances of affective contact）的论文 。全国残疾人普查情况表明，儿童自闭症已占我国精神残疾首位，有估计称，中国内地目前自闭症患儿已超过一百万，且患病率正逐年上升，而未被诊断发现和有孤独症倾向的则可能更多。 社会各群体也逐渐加强对自闭症儿童这一群体的重视，尤其是医学领域对自闭症儿童教育治疗方面的研究。随着时代的发展，自闭症的治疗方式呈现多样化，在许多的机构都会设计许多游戏，音乐课程来激发自闭症孩子的潜能。 儿童自闭症及其社工介入问题研究:http://www.youerw.com/yixue/lunwen_9625.html
