摘要：江苏高邮双龙花苑居住区位于高邮经济开发区，是拆迁安置小区。本设计旨在通过“以人为本”的景观设计满足居民的各种活动需求和情感需求；提供丰富的户外活动空间，鼓励居民在场地中进行各类活动，增强居民在景观中的参与性，使居住区景观更具人情，文护和促进邻里关系；创造多元化的自然景观，使住户能够享受如同安置前的自然生态的环境，减少生活方式改变所带来的压力。同时将海绵城市的原理运用到居住区景观的设计当中，结合地下停车场的布置，缓解雨季排水压力，最大限度的实现雨水在场地内的自然积存、渗透和净化，促进雨水资源的利用，涵养地下水源。29791
