摘 要：微博自进入中国以来，以其低门槛、即时性、易操作等特点，赢得了广大网民的青睐。自2010年起，各地方政府先后开通政务微博，力行“织博为民”，开辟网络问政的新路径。近年来，地方政务微博在政务信息公开、民意收集等方面发挥了巨大功效，但也存在一些问题亟待解决。本论文以河南省政务微博的建设现状为切入点，分析了其在实际建设过程中存在的问题，并深究了问题出现的原因，最后试图为地方政务微博的建设提出几点建议，期冀能使地方政务微博办得更接“地气”、走得更远。8720

Analysis of Current Development and Problems about the Local Government Micro-blog ———The Case of Henan Province
Abstract：With the characteristics of low threshold, real-time, easy operation etc, Micro-blog has become very popular around the Chinese netizens since it enters into China. And the rapid development of micro-blog has attracted local governments' attention, so many local governments begin to launch micro-blog, aims to exercise "knitting blog for the public", opening up a new path in governance through the Internet. Recent years, local government micro-blog does have positive effects on publishing government affairs and collecting public opinion etc, while there are still some problems to be solved. This thesis begins with the current development of local government micro-blog about Henan province, analyzes the existing problems in the actual construction process to find the cause of these problems, and try to provide some useful proposals for the construction of local government micro-blog, just hoping it will be more "close to the local public" and go further.
