摘 要本文运用身体史视角，以创办于抗战时期的私立雍兴高级工业职业学校为个案，通过对该校组织结构、课程设置、工厂实习、学徒管理几个方面的考察，旨在探究战时工业生产技能的形成和建构过程。研究发现，私立雍兴工业学校在课程设置与教材方面均根据战时工业生产需要而制定方案。在课堂教学外，工厂实习培训与考核以实地训练、操作等方式，通过时间与空间两个维度规训学生身体，使学生的身体在符合现代工业生产节奏的同时，获得现代工业生产技能。与此同时，学校通过生活训导及纪念周等方式，对学生身体进行政治仪式规训。通过在学校与工厂之间的不断磨练与反馈，学生在获得工业生产技能，成为工厂正式工人的同时，形塑了自身群体的社会团结与身份认同，建构出现代中国工业企业中的生产政治。89322
In this paper, the author used angle of body history, founded the period of the Anti Japanese War of the private Yong Xing senior vocational school as a case, through the investigation of the school organization, curriculum, plant practice, apprentices management，aims to explore the process of formation and establishment process of wartime industrial production skills。 The study found that the curriculum and teaching materials in the YongXing Senior private industrial vocational school was worked out according to the needs of wartime industrial production plan。 Outside the classroom teaching, plant practice and examination took the form of practical training and operation, through time and space dimensions to discipline students body so that students' physical quality could both conform to the rhythm of modern industrial production and acquire modern industrial production skills。 Besides, the school organized the training of students' political ceremony by the way of life training and Prime Minister Memorial week。 Through constant training and feedback between the school and the factories, students acqired industrial production skills and became regular workers。 And at the same time, studets shaped the social solidarity and identities of their own groups, and then constructed modern industrial enterprises in the production of political Chinese。
